The LEED credential ladder
One pathway. Four credentials.
Start with the foundational Green Associate exam — it covers the whole LEED system at a level any practitioner needs. Once passed, choose an AP specialty based on the projects you actually work on: new construction, interior fit-out, or operations.
Stage 1 · Foundational
LEED Green Associate
3 days · in-person · €700 · bookings open soon
Stage 2 · Pick one specialty
Bonus: the GA materials carry into AP prep — concepts, framework, and case studies overlap. We'll add a track-bundle discount once the AP courses open.
LEED Green Associate Foundations
24 hours of in-person teaching covering green building, the LEED v5 framework, and the LEED Green Associate exam. Built for the v5 beta exam (the current live exam as of April 2026). Delivered in cohorts — see the course page for the next scheduled city and dates.
LEED AP Building Design + Construction
The next-tier credential after Green Associate. Covers integrative process, site, water, energy, materials, and IEQ for new construction and major renovation projects — built against the LEED v5 BD+C reference guide.
LEED AP Interior Design + Construction
LEED AP specialty for tenant improvement and interior fit-out work. Covers commercial interiors, retail, and hospitality scopes against the LEED v5 ID+C reference guide.
LEED AP Operations + Maintenance
LEED AP specialty for existing buildings — performance-based credit categories, ongoing data collection, and the path to recertification under LEED v5 O+M.
The three LEED AP specialty courses (BD+C, ID+C, O+M) are in development. Drop us a line via "Express interest" and we'll let you know when the next cohort opens — and what city we're running it in.
